Return and refund policy
For any damaged product upon receipt of product simply return it in its included packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange product for the same size, color and design. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Worn, Damage determined by seller upon inspection, wrong size, color, design or product purchased.

Fulfillment/shipping policy
Customers will receive their product purchased by USPS or onsite delivery/pickup from vendor location or meeting place close vendor location agreed upon by both seller and buyer.
